Israel was not “founded” in 1948; it was originally “founded” in approx. BC 1050, under the 1st. King; Saul!
The genetic origins were Approx. BC 2166, when Abram was born in Urr.
Long story short; the 12 Tribes that sprang from Abram, Isaac, and Jacob; were dispersed worldwide because of their sinning and disobedient behaviour towards their Loving God (see for summary Deut. 30; Isa.2; etc.), and Malachi!
